Dear Future Self


Dear Future Self,

Today is August 3, 2017, and there are some changes I will make and actions I will take that will greatly benefit you. I want you to be living your best life ever and I know there are things I must do to get you there.

For the next three months I am going to do the following things for me now, and you:

  • Consistently attend my therapy sessions (no more eight-month hiatuses)

  • Stick with a mostly-paleo diet (mostly because restricting myself only leads to binging)

  • Work out at least three times a week (you got this, that’s nothing for you)

  • Work to eliminate negative self-talk (POSITIVE VIBES ONLY BIH, wait.. is “bih” negative? lol)

Your happiness and quality of life is important and I will make sure you are in the best shape possible for you. Physically, mentally, and emotionally.
